Qigong Overview

Qigong uses simple meditative low-impact exercises that help balance and heal you physically, emotionally & spiritually. It combines simple body movements, breathing, visualization and sound, and may be done sitting, standing, or lying down.

Qi (pronounced “Chee”), which means energy, and Gong (pronounced “Gung”), which means work, and when used together means “Working with Energy”.

Qigong is thousands of years old and has been handed down from the ancient masters to their predecessors.  Join us and have some of these once considered secret techniques added to your toolbox, to promote health and wellness in your life.

at Awakening Waters on Hwy 169 in Garrison, MN

TUESDAYS 6 - 7 pm - beginning May 3

$5 for facility rental

Gentle qigong exercises will follow a 5 minute "treasure"
30 minutes of guided meditation while Lynn balances your energy

No prior experience or knowledge necessary; I will talk you through everything.

Come as you are. Bring a mat or pillow if you wish to meditate on the floor.
