Qigong uses simple meditative low-impact exercises that help balance and heal you physically, emotionally & spiritually. It combines simple body movements, breathing, visualization and sound, and may be done sitting, standing, or lying down.
Qi (pronounced “Chee”), which means energy, and Gong(pronounced “Gung”), which means work, and when used together means “Working with Energy”.
