Spring is here and the things are moving, growing, flowing ...  Time to keep your energy balanced and strengthen your health so you are ready for the Summer sun that is coming soon.

Spring is a time to eat your greens, do your qigong, get outside in nature, and renew your intentions.

I recently returned from a road trip to the deep south. I was reminded of the differences between springtime in Northern Minnesota and the other end of the Mississippi River. Life moves slower down there. But, nature seems to speed up. I saw flowers blooming, butterflies, and small bugs. Horses were foraging for the first green shoots of grass. Water was wide open and even though they'd had a cold snap, I think you could hear the leaves opening. When travelling it is especially important to keep your energy in balance.
