Intro to Qigong

I'm very excited about bringing Qigong to Garrison. Tomorrow is the first "intro" session. My hopes are that we will soon have an active community who knows the simple power of healing qigong.

If you haven't been to Awakening Waters yet this is a perfect opportunity. The center will be open before, during, and after the class. Eric has a new stock of lamps, gems, jewelry, and other goodies from his recent shopping expeditions.
