Join us on the beautiful shores of Lake Mille Lacs just 2 miles south of Garrison, MN on Highway 169 at Awakening Waters 10:00am Saturday, April 30, 2016 We are celebrating World Tai Chi & Qigong Day with the entire planet! One World - One Breath.

Dress for the weather as the plan is to enjoy the springtime energy of this beautiful location and do some gentle Qigong at 10:00am. A reception with refreshments follows indoors.

No experience necessary! Come as you are! Everyone Welcome! This is a meet and greet and all around good time.
